misc_version is a program to patch information in the misc partition 17

=== misc_version 0.4 ===
Version 0.4 can set or clear the RUU flag in partition 17 using the -r or setRUUflag <on|off> option.
It will create a backup of the partition 17 on the sdcard using the name "/sdcard/part17backup-<time>.bin" so make sure that the sdcard is mounted to the phone.
